Depending on your nationality, a visa may be required to enter Japan. Nationals of countries and areas with visa exemption arrangements with Japan are found at:

Attendees requiring an entry visa should inquire at their local Japanese embassy or consulate regarding the required visa and documents. We advise you to apply for your visa as soon as possible, as visa application may take a while.

APIC-IST 2024 organizers can provide official letter of invitation to those who have completed the registration and paid the registration fee. Concerning visas, we will basically support only the authors of accepted papers. If you need an invitation letter, please request it via email by May 31, 2024.
