No Show Policy
- All accepted papers included in the final program are expected to be presented in person or virtually.
- Failure to make a presentation will result in the author's name being listed on the "APIC-IST 2025 No Show List".
- Participants who fail to present their papers (no-shows) will receive a warning email from the APIC-IST 2025 Organizing Committee.
They will not be considered for journal publication as selected papers and will face a penalty in APIC-IST conference registration fees
for the next two years. Consequently, the Early Registration Fee will not apply to participants on the APIC-IST "No Show List."
